This all-levels Vinyasa Flow class will emphasize hip openers and heart openers, to help you destress and prepare for your holiday by cultivating resilience and compassion, patience and forgiveness… for ourselves and others.

Bring comfort, closure and clarity to your year with this soothing practice. Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and a long final relaxation incorporating iRest yoga nidra will foster a state of deep physical rest and high mental receptivity. In this state of relaxation and self-inquiry, sow the seeds of change, break away from old habits and thought patterns, and set long-term goals to help manifest transformation in the year ahead.
This all-level yoga class combines familiar Hatha yoga movements with an energizing Kundalini yoga set to attract positivity, repel negativity, and charge your aura. We’ll add some aerobic breathing, body tapping, and a nice long relaxation to tone and balance the nervous system. We’ll wrap it all up with an extended meditation to help focus and align you for a healthy and happy new year.
Yin Yoga is a practice that strategically tractions the joints in the body’s core to help reverse the damage caused by aging, gravity and poor postural alignment. This series offers a weekly tune up to undo that damage, and unwind the mind and spirit as well, while receiving (optional) Reiki assists to further promote healing.
Chakra means “wheel” in Sanskrit, and refers to centers in the body that are thought to be spinning disks of energy. This seven week series will explore each of the chakras, with hatha yoga and meditation practices that focus on one of the chakras, and discussion about the attributes and internal organs associated with that area of the body, as well as strategies to open or fortify that energy center.
This beginner-friendly yoga session is designed for parents and babies who are 6 weeks to one year old. The class will have options to incorporate your baby in the poses and movements, or your baby can practice tummy time. Stretching and relaxation will be a part of every class.
This moderately paced class is a grounding and rejuvenating practice designed specifically with school teachers in mind, but appropriate for beginners and anyone wishing to release stress and tension, and experience peace and calm. Keep your body safe and stay aligned with your purpose and passion, to help you navigate life’s joys and challenges!
Vinyasa “Flow” Yoga is a practice of breath-initiated, fluid movements which are linked together and sequenced to open the body in safe and gradual stages. This 8-week introductory series will have a slow and mindful approach, emphasizing breath and balance, and breaking down the signature “Vinyasa sequence” to practice it safely. Each class will also include myofascial self-massage and a brief guided meditation!

Join Sarah for a master class dedicated to being upside-down. This workshop will include an anatomy lecture, a warm up emphasizing safety and alignment when inverting, and a chance to practice several inverted postures with hands-on assistance for everyone who desires. Space is limited!
