We have a new home!!

After occupying the "Big Red Barn” in Olney’s Antique Village for over 15 years, we sadly had to say goodbye to our original studio space in June, 2022. But we are ecstatic to be laying down some roots once again.

We offer a dozen+ weekly classes in our own dedicated practice space — “The Treehouse” — within Tikvat Israel Congregation in Rockville, MD. We’re so grateful to be partnering with this welcoming and progressive congregation, and are excited to be charting a joyful and sustainable path forward for our unique and amazing community.

There are some additional classes/events happening around the community:

• Monday nights with Dave from 6:30-7:45pm, at the Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squad on Arcola Avenue

• Outdoor Yoga on Saturdays from 2-3:15 in the spring & fall, at the Manor Woods Swim Club on Bauer Drive

We’ve also got a full schedule of online classes that you can livestream from the comfort of your home, or take via recording so you can practice with your favorite teachers on your own schedule.
