Vinyasa “Flow” Yoga is a practice of breath-initiated, fluid movements which are linked together and sequenced to open the body in safe and gradual stages. This 8-week introductory series will have a slow and mindful approach, emphasizing breath and balance, and breaking down the signature “Vinyasa sequence” to practice it safely. Each class will also include myofascial self-massage and a brief guided meditation!
Re-engage your innate curiosity and playfulness! Join other beginners in a supportive and welcoming space, and start your yoga practice with a strong foundation. Learn core Hatha yoga poses, essential breathing techniques and introductory meditation to feel more joyful, connected and balanced.

Chakra means “wheel” in Sanskrit, and refers to centers in the body that are thought to be spinning disks of energy. This seven week series will explore each of the chakras, with hatha yoga and meditation practices that focus on one of the chakras, and discussion about the attributes and internal organs associated with that area of the body, as well as strategies to open or fortify that energy center.
Join Sarah for a master class dedicated to being upside-down. This workshop will include an anatomy lecture, a warm up emphasizing safety and alignment when inverting, and a chance to practice several inverted postures with hands-on assistance for everyone who desires. Space is limited!
This beginner-friendly yoga session is designed for parents and babies who are 6 weeks to one year old. The class will have options to incorporate your baby in the poses and movements, or your baby can practice tummy time. Stretching and relaxation will be a part of every class.
