Enrollment Sessions
Unlike drop-in classes, enrollment sessions encourage signing up for and committing to several weeks of a series.* Typically the class will have a focus (e.g. beginners, prenatal, yoga therapy) and the teaching will be cumulative, building on the prior weeks’ lessons.
*Unless otherwise indicated, all Enrollment Sessions are open for drop-ins, space permitting. To guarantee your spot and get the most economical pricing, enroll for the entire session!

Yin Yoga is a practice that strategically tractions the joints in the body’s core to help reverse the damage caused by aging, gravity and poor postural alignment. This series offers a weekly tune up to undo that damage!
Yin Yoga is a practice that strategically tractions the joints in the body’s core to help reverse the damage caused by aging, gravity and poor postural alignment. This series offers a weekly tune up to undo that damage, and unwind the mind and spirit as well, while receiving (optional) Reiki assists to further promote healing.
This session is appropriate for experienced, intermediate-to-advanced practitioners, who are free of any serious injuries and looking for a challenging practice (i.e. a faster pace, and exploring more physically challenging postures like arm balances).
This beginner-friendly yoga session is designed for parents and babies who are 6 weeks to one year old. The class will have options to incorporate your baby in the poses and movements, or your baby can practice tummy time. Stretching and relaxation will be a part of every class.
This moderately paced class is a grounding and rejuvenating practice designed specifically with school teachers in mind, but appropriate for beginners and anyone wishing to release stress and tension, and experience peace and calm. Keep your body safe and stay aligned with your purpose and passion, to help you navigate life’s joys and challenges!
Vinyasa “Flow” Yoga is a practice of breath-initiated, fluid movements which are linked together and sequenced to open the body in safe and gradual stages. This 8-week introductory series will have a slow and mindful approach, emphasizing breath and balance, and breaking down the signature “Vinyasa sequence” to practice it safely. Each class will also include myofascial self-massage and a brief guided meditation!
This rejuvenating and accessible prenatal vinyasa practice is suitable for students in all three trimesters, for both beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners. Bond with your baby, connect with others who are pregnant, and prepare for parenthood!
Re-engage your innate curiosity and playfulness! Join other beginners in a supportive and welcoming space, and start your yoga practice with a strong foundation. Learn core Hatha yoga poses, essential breathing techniques and introductory meditation to feel more joyful, connected and balanced.
