  • How to Teach Cathartic Breathwork - Sun, 4/2 at 2pm

    Learn how to lead cathartic breathwork that is specifically designed for emotional healing. It will re-inspire and reignite your own practice, and bring new confidence and passion to your teaching, reminding you why you chose to be a teacher.
