This spring and summer, join Carrie on the 4th/final Friday of each month to unwind and nourish your body, mind, and soul. Through Hatha & Restorative yoga and meditation, explore the art of deep relaxation and get your weekends started with a self-care mini-retreat.
Find balance in your mind and body through movement and stillness, sounds and silence. This class will cultivate alignment with a hatha practice for the first ~55 minutes, and end with an extra-long savasana, where you will be bathed in the vibrations of various sound healing instruments.
Bring comfort, closure and clarity to your week with this soothing practice. Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and a long final relaxation incorporating iRest yoga nidra will foster a state of deep physical rest and high mental receptivity. In this state of relaxation and self-inquiry, sow the seeds of change, break away from old habits and thought patterns, and set long-term goals to help manifest peace and transformation in your life.

Join Tamar to let go of the week and melt into the weekend. Class will move through seated and standing vinyasas that link movement to breath, and you can add on or take it down a notch — this class is for all levels, and we’ll meet you on your mat, wherever you are. Attention will be placed on the breath and connecting to our deeper layers.
