Yoga Nidra ("Yogic Sleep") systematically uses body sensing, breath awareness, guided imagery and meditative practices to release tension throughout the whole body, to help you switch from flight-or-fight into the relaxation response, your body’s natural healing state. Facilitate deep healing and letting go of everyday concerns, limiting beliefs, and anything holding you back from being your best self!
No previous yoga experience necessary!

Offered Online Only via Zoom - If you cannot attend this workshop at the time it is offered, you may sign up and practice with a recording through Sunday, June 16th.
