108 Sun Salutations: Fundraiser for TAPS
with Dave & Monya Cohen and Erin McNamara

Join HYC teachers Dave and Monya Cohen, and Erin McNamara of Up, LLC, for a practice of 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskars) in honor of Veterans and in support of their families.

The workshop will flow as follows:
- 4 sets of 27 Surya Namaskar, each led by different teachers
- Guided stretching breaks between each set of 27
- Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) during Savasana

HYC is proud to support TAPS, the Tragedy Assistance Program For Survivors, Inc., through this fundraiser and community event.  TAPS is the national nonprofit organization providing comfort and hope, compassionate care and comprehensive resources for all those grieving the death of a military or veteran loved one, through a national peer support network and connection to grief resources, since 1994.
 
108 is a lot; do Some, None or All!
