Sound Bath Workshop: Harmonize Your Inner Landscape with Lindsey Haldeman

Find stillness and deep relaxation as you bask in the vibrations of sound healing instruments. This Sound Bath uses crystal bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, chimes and more to help you access your inner landscape, and tune and harmonize the frequencies within your body.
In this workshop you will be immersed in a soundscape sprinkled with silence to help you release anxiety and tension as you connect to your most peaceful, natural state of being. Meditating and relaxing while being bathed in the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls has been shown (1, 2) to decrease blood pressure and heart rate, and increase overall feelings of well-being more than doing so in silence alone.
