Hey Mama, growing a human being is hard work! Are you ready for more joy and laughter in your life? Add 75 minutes of self-care to your weekly schedule.

Prenatal yoga can support and maintain the emotional, physical, and spiritual health of expecting mothers throughout one of the most exciting periods in their lives. Join Jean and other pregnant mothers for a rejuvenating and gentle prenatal practice. Class will include safe sequences to open and strengthen the body, to help keep you stable during pregnancy and to prepare you for labor. Reconnect with yourself and bond with your baby through meditation and breathing practices, and build community with others who are expecting. There is no time like the present to nurture yourself, find more peace and calm in daily life, and prepare for motherhood!

This class is suitable for expecting mothers in all three trimesters. Modifications and suggestions will be offered to help tailor the experience for each individual, in order to create a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Cost: $85 for 4 weeks, or $23 per class to drop in
