This beginner-friendly yoga session is designed for parents and babies who are 6 weeks to one year old. The class will have options to incorporate your baby in the poses and movements, or your baby can practice tummy time. Stretching and relaxation will be a part of every class.

Sculpt Flow involves intermittently pausing in the midst of your flow for some longer and isometric holds. It uses the weight of your body, or added weights and/or resistance bands to familiar yoga postures, for a workout designed to sculpt your muscles and maintain or even improve bone density.

Yin Yoga is a practice that strategically tractions the joints in the body’s core to help reverse the damage caused by aging, gravity and poor postural alignment. This series offers a weekly tune up to undo that damage, and unwind the mind and spirit as well, while receiving (optional) Reiki assists to further promote healing. Please note: Classes on Apr 12 and May 17 will be held from 4-5:30pm.

Max Strom’s work is known for its healing, penetrating affect, leaving students feeling renewed and open. This special event is focused on transforming depression into inspiration, and anxiety into calm. It will include a talk by Max based on ideas from his book of the same title, breathing exercises and accessible yoga movement.
Forgiveness is perhaps the most powerful and yet forgotten tool we have for healing ourselves. Max has taken the message of forgiveness around the world to a people of many faiths and nationalities: for the body to heal, often times what is most vital is to heal the broken heart or spirit.
This movement-based session with Max is known to silence the noise in our mind and create a profound sense of stillness. The workshop includes a lecture, an accessible sequence of yoga postures, breathing patterns, and focused acts of intention and will that will inspire your practice for weeks to come.
This workshop explores and helps shed light on the interconnectedness between grief and meaningful connection. By coming out of isolation to heal from our losses, we can reclaim tranquility and peace in our daily life, and allow for deeper intimacy with our loved ones.
