Private Sessions

Do you ever leave group classes wishing you could have some one-on-one time with your instructor? Are you working with a chronic condition, pain, or injury that you’d like to address? Are you nervous about your first group yoga class because you’ve never done yoga before? Are you interested in deepening your practice on a more personal level?

If you can answer “yes” to any of the questions above, a private yoga session could be the solution for you. Private yoga sessions allow for one-on-one time with an instructor that will tailor each private session to your needs. Each of our instructors brings their own expertise. Areas of expertise among our staff are varied. We have instructors that are skilled in prenatal yoga, therapeutic yoga, assisted stretch, gentle yoga, yoga for beginners, yoga for neurological conditions, yoga for anxiety/stress, and more.

Julia Otten

Julia’s yoga journey started 10 years ago when she was dealing with multiple health issues and the loss of her father. She didn’t feel ready for group classes and… what was this whole yoga thing, anyway? That’s when she started private lessons with a teacher she will forever be grateful to. She worked with her 1-3 times a week and found herself getting excited about the practice, doing yoga literally anywhere she could, and the rest is history. Whether you’re new to yoga, have been practicing for years, or just want some self-care, Julia will tailor each private session to your needs. She specializes in pre and postnatal yoga/movement as well as semi-private sessions. Celebrate a birthday with your girls or have a fun self-care outing with your besties.  Julia will work with you to achieve your goals offering options with additional props that often can’t be used in the constraints of a group class. See where this journey can take you!
